At All American Metals, we strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order. As a wholesale supplier of non-ferrous scrap metals, we operate under strict quality control measures. However, due to the nature of our products and the scale of operations, our return and refund policy is outlined below:
Returns
- Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Incorrect material delivered
- Quantitative discrepancies (missing weight or type)
- Damage during transportation due to our handling
- To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Proof of the issue (photos or videos) must be submitted via email
Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange based on your preference.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or via bank transfer.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Note: We do not offer refunds for issues related to third-party shipping carriers (for international clients) unless insured by agreement.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of scrap metal trading, the following are non-refundable:
- Items sold as-is or below standard grade (clearly mentioned before sale)
- Materials altered, processed, or damaged after delivery
- Custom or special orders
